  “Complete Streets” are coming to Albany with several community workshops next week.  City Transportation Planner, Aleida Andrino-Chavez and Rotarian Ann Chaney explained the how community input is being sought and how “Complete Streets” tries to meet the needs of a variety of users, pedestrians, drivers, bicyclists,   and people with disabilities.

Allan Maris speaking about BuildOnAlbanyHigh School student sharing information about her trip to Haiti with BuildOn    Allan Maris and a student from Albany High School talked about the good work of BuildOn at the Rotary meeting on   October 16.  She shared the story of her trip to Haiti to work on the construction of a school and the plans for Albany High School students to travel to Nepal next spring to help build a school there.
